Regulations on Financial Holding Company’s Shareholders whose Shareholding Exceeds 5%

  • A Same Person or Same Concerned Person who individually, mutually or jointly acquires shares representing more than five percent (5%) of the voting rights of E.SUN FHC shall report to the Financial Supervisory Commission within ten days upon holding such shares and send a copy to E.SUN FHC. The same procedure shall also apply to every accumulated one percent (1%) of shareholding added or deducted after passing the five percent (5%) threshold of shareholding.

Historic Dividends

  • The Company may decide the most appropriate dividend policy and distribute cash dividends and/or stock dividends according to its operating strategy and future capital planning. Cash dividends shall not be less than 10% of the total dividends. However, in the event the proposed distribution of cash dividend is lower than NT$0.1 per share, the Company may, at its sole discretion, opt to make such distribution in the form of stock dividends.

Delivery of Dividend Notice

  • To accordance with regulatory authority's policy, E.SUN will not sent dividend statement to individuals (citizens and foreigners) living in Republic of China. But E.SUN will still deliver the statement to institutional investors such as organizations, groups and trust, by Feb. 10th every year.
  • Shareholder could inquiry relevant information online with citizen digital certificate , or National Taxation Bureau, besides, they can also request for delivery from E.SUN stock service department (phone number +8862 27191313#1)
  • To inquiry information on tax, please refer to eTax portal of Ministry of Finance (http://www.etax.nat.gov.tw/etwmain?site=en)
