TWSE announced results of the 6th (2019) Corporate Governance Evaluation at the end of April, and E.SUN FHC became the only financial institution to rank in the top 5% of the Corporate Governance Evaluation for 6 consecutive years. An alternative was used for the awards ceremony this year due to the pandemic. Joseph N.C. Huang, President of E.SUN FHC, was invited to the TWSE this morning (10th) to take a photo and record his thoughts on winning the award.


Joseph N.C. Huang, President of E.SUN FHC, said that the best does not exist on the path to corporate governance, there is only better. E.SUN will continue to improve its corporate governance and actively align itself with the international trend of sustainable development, hoping to jointly elevate the level of corporate governance in Taiwan through the competent authority's guidance, the Company's own efforts, and everyone learning from each other, thereby forming a culture of corporate governance.


E.SUN FHC exerts great effort in corporate governance, CSR, and ethical corporate management, and puts great thought into making the culture of corporate governance a part of its company system and work. We uphold the principles of openness and transparency, and continue to monitor and ensure the quality of information disclosures through a variety of communication methods. We also examine and improve evaluation indicators that we did not score in, and prioritize them in our corporate governance reinforcement plan.
